Purple Cow Coming to Conway

2011 Chef Ball

The 2011 Chef Ball, held at Pulaski Technical College, showcased local culinary talent with featured cocktails and a six-course dinner. Each course was made with a secret ingredient that was revealed during the dinner. Rob Best received the Formica and Ben E. Keith Culinary Community Service Award; LaBrilya (Bree) Robinson was named Student of the Year; Jennifer Stoelting was named Sous Chef of the Year; Todd R. Gold was named Chef of the Year; and Peter Brave was presented with the Hall of Fame Award.
