CTEH of North Little Rock has hired Andre Richardson as a toxicologist II. Richardson specializes in cardiovascular and environmental toxicology. In addition, CTEH has promoted Jeremy Gueringer to sales consultant on the major projects team and Lourdes Mahoney to senior quality program manager. Gueringer will work to grow and expand business relationships. Mahoney will work across all departments to manage the quality management system.
Warren Balcom has joined TeleComp of Little Rock as its new compliance manager. Balcom has over 29 years of experience and will oversee TeleComp’s compliance program offerings.
Drew Smith has been named chief financial officer and treasurer at Windstream of Little Rock. Smith joined Windstream in 2008 and is now responsible for overseeing Windstream’s accounting, finance, capital planning, tax, procurement, audit, investor relations and treasury teams.
Drew Dickey is the new director of facilities management at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Dickey previously served as assistant director and will work with budget, inventory, personnel and project management, as well as day-to-day operations.
Todd Shields has joined the board of trustees of the Arkansas Research Alliance. Shields is the newly appointed chancellor of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and joins fellow chancellors of the five major research institutions in Arkansas on the board. The alliance was founded in 2008.
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has made three new hires. Victoria Heim has been hired as a video production coordinator and will be responsible for video efforts in highlights, marketing and game promotion. Austin Smith has been hired as communications assistant director. He will serve as the contact for baseball and soccer. Logan Stapleton is the new ESPN+ coordinator and producer.
