Property associated with the sale of Steve Landers Toyota in Little Rock to Luther Auto Group rang up a $22.1 million sale.
LL Ark Properties LLC of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, acquired the 66,592-SF Landers Toyota facility at 10825 Col. Glenn Road and its 10,206-SF service center.
The sellers?
Landers Land Co. 3 LLC, led by Steve Landers, $20.8 million, and Scott Allen Landers Trust, $1.39 million.
Just down the street, BCP-Colonel Glenn LLC, led by Haitham Alley, bought the 121,211-SF Baptist Health School at 11900 Col. Glenn Road and an adjoining undeveloped 3.64-acre parcel from Little Rock’s Baptist Health.
The deal closed at $8.5 million. We’re told there are no specific redevelopment plans for the property.
Central Arkansas Library System took formal ownership of its 27,832-SF piece of the Arcade Building at 100 River Market Ave. in downtown Little Rock. The transaction with Clinton-Commerce LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker, was valued at more than $1.2 million.
In North Little Rock, SBA Properties LLC of Boca Raton, Florida, purchased the 0.55-acre cell tower project adjoining Bungalow Bill’s at 22 Remount Road for $1 million. Seller: Johnie Properties LLC, led by Michael Kierre.
