First National Title Co. announced Tuesday its acquisition of Faulkner County Title Co.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The offices of the two full-service title insurance and transaction closing companies are being consolidated in Conway, at Locust and Robinson avenues, and Greenbrier, at 8 Wilson Farm Road, Suite 4.
Jim Pender is president and general counsel of First National Title. Faulkner County Title has been led by Larry Graddy and Bill Adkisson.
