Dover Startup Raises $2.35 Million
Dover, Arkansas

Alpha Oilfield Water Service LLC of Dover has raised $2.35 million, according to its filing at the SEC.

The company, which was incorporated this year, lists itself in the environmental services industry, and it still had $500,000 left to be sold in its offering of $2.85 million.

We reached Travis Ketcherside, who is listed as a promoter and executive officer of the company, but he said, “You’re talking to the wrong guy.”

He said we needed to speak with Russell Janssen, who is also listed as a promoter and executive officer of the company. Ketcherside said he would pass our number to him, but we hadn’t heard back from Janssen by Thursday afternoon.

The filing said that during the year after the offering, Alpha will pay a salary of approximately $122,000 to Ketcherside, $176,000 to Janssen and lease payments of approximately $150,000 to Michael Riddell. The filing didn’t list further information about Riddell.
