Jim Bolt, who pleaded guilty last year to stealing $2.5 million in unclaimed property from the states of California and Nevada is making courtroom noise again.
Bolt is making a second appeal of his 100-month sentence in federal prison.
The infamously litigious career criminal from Rogers now complains that his defense attorney Herb Southern essentially threw him under the bus by talking him into pleading guilty.
It took Bolt eight pages to spit out his grievance against Southern, who represented him successfully against previous federal criminal charges.
