AT&T Creating 75 Jobs in Arkansas

AT&T Inc. announced Friday that it is creating 75 new jobs in Arkansas, primarily call center, retail sales and technician positions.

"AT&T continually invests in Arkansas, and many of these jobs are a result of that investment and the business-friendly policies that have made investment possible here," said Ed Drilling, state president for AT&T Arkansas, in a news release. "We are committed to a high level of customer service, and filling these jobs will help us meet that high standard and support our growth in Arkansas."

AT&T says it invested more than $600 million in Arkansas' wireline and wireless networks from 2012 through 2014. The company employs more than 2,300 employees throughout Arkansas and has hired 250 individuals in the first 9 months of this year.
