McLarty Daniel Automotive has moved its McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in Bentonville to a new, $12 million, 45,000-SF facility on Moberly Lane.

The dealership, owned by RML Automotive Holdings LLC of Little Rock, is now open, but a grand opening is scheduled for Dec. 4-5.

The company expects the new dealership to create about 50 jobs, bringing total employment in Bentonville to more than 100 and McLarty Daniel’s total employment in the region to nearly 300.

Other McLarty Daniel dealerships in Bentonville include McLarty Daniel Nissan and McLarty Daniel Ford.

The new dealership is built on a 10-acre site at 2201 Moberly Lane one block north of McLarty Daniel Nissan. Clark Contractors of Little Rock began the project in late September 2014. Financing was provided by IberiaBank.

The previous McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership was at 2609 S. Walton Boulevard.

"We’re proud to partner with Russ on these McLarty Daniel dealerships in northwest Arkansas," Franklin McLarty, CEO of RML Automotive and partner in McLarty Daniel Automotive, said in a news release. "This new facility is not only a testament to Russ’ leadership and the hard work of our team, but an acknowledgement of our long-term commitment to McLarty Daniel’s growth."

RML Automotive owns 24 dealerships representing 40 automotive franchises and two Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealerships across the country.
