• The McCord Family LLC of Indianapolis sold nearly 567 acres along U.S. 165 about a half-mile southeast of Keo for more than $2.9 million.
Buyer: Scarlett Elm LLC of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
• Birdman Farms LLC, led by David Bird Jr., bought a 446-acre spread about 3.5 miles northeast of Humnoke for $2 million.
Sellers: David and Carolyn Underwood and their David Underwood Farms.
• Stonehenge Enterprises LLLP, led by Donald Young, sold 81 lots in Cabot’s Stonehenge development for $2 million.
Buyer? Cabot 2015 LLC, an affiliate of Rausch Coleman Development Group of Fayetteville.
• The Hansen Family Trust of La Selva Beach, California, purchased the Dollar General at 9005 Hwy. 38 in Ward for $1 million.
