Steve Keen has been promoted to president of Powers of Arkansas, a North Little Rock HVAC company. Keen, who has worked for Powers of Arkansas for 10 years, was formerly president of HVAC and controls.
Ron McCarty, a customer account manager for six years, has been promoted to vice president of the controls division.
Thomas Luyet, formerly director of technology, has been promoted to director of controls. He has been with Powers for 24 years.
