Moses Tucker Real Estate of Little Rock announced Tuesday the official opening of its 1,700-SF Fayetteville office.
The office is located in Nelson’s Crossing Shopping Center at the corner of Joyce Boulevard and College Avenue.
"We hope to grow our portfolio in the northwest Arkansas market substantially within the next 24 months," said Chris Moses, the firm's president and CEO. "We are growing both our brokerage and property management divisions across the state and believe we have a wonderful team in place to deliver the kind of results our clients deserve."
Principals in the northwest Arkansas venture are Moses; Chairman Jimmy Moses; Co-Chairman Rett Tucker; Lori Adcock-McGhee; Christine Pennington; and Hunter Thomason.
Pennington is director of real estate services for the northwest Arkansas branch, and Thomason will be sales and leasing coordinator. Zack Kifer will be sales associate and leasing consultant.
Moses Tucker Real Estate said it manages more than 4.5 million SF in the central and northwest Arkansas markets. It said it plans to develop and expand its third-party property management, tenant representation, leasing and investment sales divisions.
"We are representing national clients — such as Pie Five Pizza, Wendy’s, Subway and Burger King — who are looking to expand in this part of the state," Tucker said. "Having an office in this market will enable us to better serve these clients, as there is no substitute for being there in person."
