Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., sold 3.4 acres along Amity Road south from the entry to TruckPro Conway.
The land was valued at nearly $1.5 million.
In exchange, the limited partnership bought 3.78 acres on the north side of the Crain Kia dealership at 810 S. Amity Road for more than $1.2 million.
Crain’s trading partner? The William Major Lewis Trust.
Meanwhile, over in Lonoke County …
Ag Partners LLC, led by Joel Whicker and Stephanie Hildebrand Smith, acquired more than 1,477 acres of mostly farmland for $4.2 million.
The bulk of the property is about 3.5 miles southeast of Cabot as the crow flies, south of Wattensaw Bayou and along Danie Glover Road.
