♦ Business Boy LLC, led by Roberts Lee, acquired the 9,362-SF home of the Meadors Adams & Lee insurance firm on the third floor of the Arcade Building at 421 President Clinton Ave.

The seller in this $2.7 million transaction was Clinton-Commerce LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.

♦ The Jacksonville Chamber Foundation Inc., led by Mike Wilson, bought the 70,000-SF facility at 1809 Swift Drive to house production of SIG Sauer’s elite performance ammunition.

Who was the seller in this $2.5 million deal? Meador Brother’s LLC Co., led by Greg Meador.

♦ Charles Whiteside III and James Osborne purchased the 22,100-SF Anixter Power Solutions warehouse at 6210 Dividend St. for $1.5 million.
