Toronto Company Buys More Apartment Properties in Little Rock

Two apartment projects in Little Rock and one in North Little Rock along with a grand home and medical office space in west Little Rock form this week’s quintet of million-dollar transactions.

♦ Arbor Place Apartments Ltd., led by Donald Marshall Jr. and Melba Marshall, sold the 205-unit Terra Vista Apartments project for $3.3 million.

Who bought the Little Rock project at 4811 Terra Vista Circle? Republic Terra Vista Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds of Toronto.

♦ Another Republic Funds affiliate acquired the 96-unit Westbridge Apartments project at 2124 Labette Manor Drive in Little Rock for more than $2.6 million.

Seller? Westbridge Apartments II Ltd., led by James Kincannon.

♦ Marshall Equity Investments LLC, led by Donald Marshall Jr., purchased the 98-unit Parkway Crossing complex at 2000 Parkway Drive in North Little Rock for $1.7 million.

Seller: Oowalge LLC, led by Valecia Ootsey-Walker.

♦ Dennis and Tina Porter sold their 5,753-SF home in the Germay Court neighborhood to Raja Pola and Rajani Jagana for more than $1 million.

♦ CLBNB Properties LLC, an affiliate of New Beginnings Behavioral Health Services led by Chirie Bazzelle, bought 11,207 SF in the Westside Medical Plaza at 1 Lile Court for $1 million.

Sellers: Cornerstone Properties, led by Dr. Douglas Smith, and Cornerstone Properties II, led by Dr. Kay Chandler, Dr. Kenneth Singleton and Dr. Kevin Breniman.
