A Conway furniture plant, a car wash-auto service combo in west Little Rock and a future tear-down in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood form this week’s trio of big real estate transactions.

♦ Virco Manufacturing Corp. of Torrance, California, bought its Plant No. 3 at 1655 S. Amity Road in Conway for $7.2 million.

Who sold the 184,884-SF facility and nearly 28.5 acres? The DeWayne Davis Children’s Trust.

♦ Splash Investment Group LLC, led by Paul Stagg, sold the 9500 N. Rodney Parham Road project, home to Splash Car Wash and Jiffy Lube.

An affiliate of Chambers Street Properties in Princeton, New Jersey, paid more than $2.7 million for the property.

♦ Hawthorne Trust, led by John Rutledge, purchased the 2,504-SF house for $1 million from the Virginia Mitchell Revocable Trust.
