Donna Clark has been promoted to senior project manager/senior estimator in the Springdale office of East Harding Construction of Little Rock. Clark has also been selected for the Leadership Fayetteville class for 2017-18.
Greg Rotter, formerly Fort Smith/Van Buren market president for Centennial Bank, has joined Chambers Bank of Danville as market president for the western region that includes Fort Smith, and Beverly Elam has been hired as vice president-commercial services manager in Fort Smith.
Rotter is a native of the Fort Smith area who started his career 23 years ago with Superior Federal Bank. Elam, who has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently worked for Centennial Bank and previously for Simmons Bank, Arvest Bank and Republican Bank of Norman, Oklahoma.
Nycole Oliver, a nurse practitioner in the emergency room at Sparks Medical Center-Van Buren, recently received the Frank L. Cole Nurse Practitioner Award from the Emergency Nurses Association.
She was one of 16 nurses recognized by the national organization and the only one from Arkansas. Oliver, a Greenwood native, earned her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of South Alabama in 2015.
Joanna Sheehan Bell began work last month as director of marketing and communications at TheatreSquared, the professional regional theater in Fayetteville.
Bell was previously director of programs for the American Theatre Wing in New York.
