A 17,000-SF warehouse and office facility at 701 Judi Drive in North Little Rock recently sold for $925,000.
The buyer was 701 Judi Drive LLC of Little Rock, led by Scott Copas, president and CEO of Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. of Little Rock. The seller was Bank of Little Rock.
Copas said the company is moving its maintenance and storage operations into the new building now and would eventually moved the offices of one of its divisions there. He also said the facility offers about 5,000 more SF than the previous facility, which Baldwin & Shell is preparing to sell, and the yard is about two acres larger.
The facility features four dock-high doors, one drive-in door and 3,700 SF of office space, according to a news release by Colliers Internaional Arkansas, which represented the buyer in the transaction.
Also, according to the release, the division moving into the building will be Baldwin & Shell's Industrial Division.
Senior Day Care Sold
The 15,400-SF Huckeby House Adult Day Health Care at 100 Shadow Oaks Drive in Sherwood sold for $695,000.
The buyer was Sky Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Muhammad Shajatt, Khalid Rayaz, Mohammad Siddiqui and Muhammad Arshad.
The seller was the Clifton Family LLLP of North Little Rock, led by Norman Clifton.
Another Clifton Transaction
Clifton Warehouse Leasing LLC of North Little Rock, led by Norman Clifton, sold two buildings on 20.7 acres in the Chicopee complex in North Little Rock for $600,000.
The buildings are 104,000 SF and 4,500 SF.
The buyer was animal feed producer Elemental Technologies LLC of Little Rock, led by Carl Rosenbaum.
Apartments Bought
Irwin Cantrell Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Warren Stephens, purchased a small apartment building at 1423 Cantrell Road in Little Rock for $385,000.
The seller was Sandra Magness of Little Rock.
Industrial Site Sold
Cheryl Snyder of Benton sold a 1.24-acre industrial site at the northeast corner of Mabelvale West Road and Interstate 30 to Argen Investment LLC of Little Rock, led by Leonard Boen, for $299,000.
