The seller was the Lynda White-led 2002 White Family Trust, also of El Dorado Hills.

Warehouse Bought
Little Rock Branch LLC, an affiliate of Western Specialty Contractors of St. Louis, paid $300,000 for an 8,080-SF warehouse at 9921 Mann Road in Little Rock.
The seller was Shackleford & Shackleford Ventures LLC of Hot Springs, led by Kevin and Shawn Shackleford.
Land, Office Building Purchased
Chicot Tire Shop LLC of Little Rock bought land and an office building in southwest Little Rock from SWLR Properties LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, in two separate transactions.
In the first, Chicot Tire bought 3.19 acres near the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Dailey Drive for $165,000.
In the second, Chicot Tire bought a 1,352-SF office building at 7622 Morris Drive and 0.63 acres near the northwest corner of Morris Drive and Chicot Road for $78,000.
