First Pentecostal Buys Up More Land in NLR

Church land in North Little Rock; an office building, retail project and commercial land in Little Rock; and a rural residence in west Pulaski County form this week’s group of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

♦ North Little Rock’s First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ bought about 63 acres near the southeast corner of Interstate 30 and 19th Street for more than $1.7 million.

Seller: Woodcrest Co. LLLP, led by James Matthews.

♦ Tri-B Realty Inc., led by John Billingsley, sold the 31,800-SF Executive Building at 2020 W. Third St. in Little Rock for $1.4 million.

Buyer? 2020LR LLC, an affiliate of San Francisco’s Griffin Branch Properties Inc.

♦ On the flipside, Tri-B Realty purchased a 9,090-SF Dollar General Store at 12626 Lawson Road in west Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Seller: Lanspring Ltd. of Venice, California, led by Steven Springer.

♦ Riverside Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller, sold a 4.5-acre parcel at the northwest corner of David O. Dodd Road and Lawson Cut-off.

Buyer: Winrock Farms Inc., also led by Lisenne Rockefeller.

The transaction between the related entities was valued at $1.2 million.

♦ ARKLF Ltd., led by Gregory Rose and Sean McGeehan, acquired a 22.9-acre residential spread and 2,584-SF house in west Pulaski County from the namesake revocable trust of James and Amanda Moore for $1.1 million.
