Lexington Park Apartments Visited by $24.8 Million Sale (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 288-unit apartment project in North Little Rock weighed in at $24.82 million.

Lexington Park Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Tulsa’s Case & Associates Properties, bought its namesake complex at 7601 Vestal Blvd. from Vestal-Burkhalter LLC, led by John Burkhalter.

The deal is backed with a 12-year loan of $21.9 million from Berkeley Point LLC of Bethesda, Maryland.

The 15.39-acre development previously was tied to a March 2009 mortgage of $21.2 million held by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC of Birmingham, Alabama.

The land was acquired in October 2006 as part of a $576,000 deal with Frances Vestal.

Dollar Deal
A 9,090-SF retail project in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.1 million.

Tri-B Realty Inc., led by John Billingsley, purchased the Dollar General store at 12626 Lawson Road from Lanspring Ltd. of Venice, California.

Lanspring bought the 1.4-acre development for $975,000 in April 2012 from PB General Holdings (Lawson) LLC, led by Scott Proctor.

Mini Transaction
A 326-unit mini storage project in North Little Rock rang up a $970,000 sale.

Saver Self Storage AR LLC of North Salt Lake, Utah, acquired the 3400 Industrial Center Drive property from AAA Mini Storage LLC, led by Joe Clay.

Saver Self Storage assumed a July 2007 mortgage of $1.1 million held by BMC Capital Ltd. of Dallas. Clay purchased the 2.89-acre development for $1.4 million in April 2005 from Tri-B Realty.

Express Location
Construction of a 3,645-SF Healthcare Express in Sherwood is in motion after a $496,000 land deal.

House of Sherwood LLC of Texarkana, Texas, bought the 0.91-acre parcel at 5446 Country Club Road from Telcoe Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.

The project is funded with a 10-year loan of $1 million from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi. Telcoe acquired the property in August 2013 as part of a $1.2 million deal with St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center.

Bale Buy
A 3,384-SF service garage in downtown Little Rock sold for $475,000.

HEB Land Co. LLC, led by Hunter Bale, purchased the 200 N. Cross St. project, formerly leased to Bale Chevrolet. The seller is SMH LLC, led by Stan Hastings.

The 0.48-acre development previously was linked with a February 2008 mortgage of $3.2 million held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

SMH bought the property in February 2008 as part of a $3.5 million deal with the Louis Gladfelter Revocable Trust.

Warehouse Sale
A 9,358-SF warehouse in downtown Little Rock drew a $415,000 deal.

Winchester 47 Investments LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects, acquired the Winchester Tire & Battery project at 823 Eighth St.

The seller is Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.

Haybar purchased the 0.32-acre de-velopment in December 2016 as part of a $513,000 deal with the James H. Stevens Trust and the Ellen S. Baldwin Trust.

Edgehill Manor
A 4,667-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood weighed in at $1.77 million. ALHS LLC, led by Samuel and Heather Carter, bought the house from Donald and Lucinda Phelps.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $1.77 million from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The residence previously helped se-cure a May 2016 mortgage of $1.4 million held by BancorpSouth Bank.

The Phelps family acquired the property for $1.8 million 23 months ago from John and Amber Meadors.

High-Rise Residence
A 3,022-SF condo in downtown Little Rock drew a $975,000 transaction.

The Robert A. Vogel Trust purchased the 16th-floor residence in the 300 Third Tower from Linda LaFrance.

The condominium was bought for $1.4 million in May 2013 from Campbell Ranch LLC, led by Craig and Elizabeth Stephens Campbell.

Scenic Heights Abode
A 2,720-SF home in Little Rock’s Scenic Heights neighborhood is under new ownership after a $620,000 deal.

Mark and Morie Malloy acquired the house from Brian and Mary Jo Westbrook.

The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $453,100 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The residence previously was tied to a September 2013 mortgage of $300,000 originated by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The Westbrooks purchased the property for $419,000 in August 2013 from Michael and Christina Blue.

Country Club House
A 3,120-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood rang up a $595,000 sale.

Phillip and Cara Porcelli bought the house from the Brian & Lyn Lisles Joint Revocable Trust.

The deal is funded with a 25-year loan of $476,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The property was acquired for $375,000 in September 2002 from Helen Harrison and Katherine Downie.

Heights Home
A 2,594-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock changed hands in a $565,000 deal.

John and Jessica Baker purchased the house from Mike Maulden. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $452,000 and a 10-year loan of $56,500 from Telcoe Federal Credit Union.

The residence previously was linked with an October 2012 mortgage of $240,000 held by Quicken Loans Inc. of Detroit.

Maulden bought the property for $260,000 in September 2005 from Elsie Diesel.

Westover Dwelling
A 3,250-SF home in Little Rock’s Westover Hills neighborhood sold for $532,500.

Jordan Tinsley and Colleen Youngdahl acquired the house from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC.

The residence previously was tied to a June 2017 mortgage of $432,000 held by Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks.

The property was purchased for $127,000 10 months ago from Debbie Hinkelman.
