Watkins Named Construction Counsel at Mitchell WIlliams; CDI Gets Sharp (Movers & Shakers)

Larry Watkins has been hired as counsel by Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC at the firm’s Little Rock office.

Watkins, a construction attorney with experience in public-private partnership projects, is also a professor of construction law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2012.


Jeff Sharp has been hired as marketing coordinator by CDI Contractors LLC in Little Rock, where he will  design and produce bid proposals and develop marketing materials. Sharp graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.


Flint Richter has been hired as business development executive for Entegrity in Little Rock, and Connor McWilliams has been hired as project manager.

Richter owned Richter Solar Energy in Fayetteville, which was acquired by Entegrity in May. Richter has 20 years of experience as a certified PV installer and instructs for Solar Energy International.

McWilliams once worked as an energy engineer for Cromwell Architects Engineers in Little Rock and is a licensed professional engineer and LEED Green Associate.


Adam Osweiler, Caroline Fox and Edwin Hankins each earned the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Green Associate credential from the U.S. Green Building Council, which rates buildings on their environmental impact.

All three work at McClelland Consulting Engineers Inc. in Little Rock.


Curtis Osier has been appointed branch manager of the Springdale branch of Building & Earth, which he will manage in addition to the Little Rock branch.

Osier managed the Little Rock branch for four years, and took over the Springdale branch early this year.
