Louisiana & Third Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Sam Alley, recently acquired a 0.32-acre parking lot at the northwest corner of Third and Louisiana streets in downtown Little Rock in a property swap valued at $725,000.
The company traded the 7,400-SF Parker Building at 4 Country Club Circle in Maumelle for the lot.
The parking lot was owned by Susan and Clinton Schmidt, Peyton Rice Jr. and Brenda Rice, Michael and Rebecca Henderson, Franklin and Gail Fogleman, and Marvin and Margaret Thaxton.
Louisiana & Third bought the Parker Building for $725,000 from NWA Arkansas LLC of Rogers, led by Johnelle Hunt, co-founder of J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. of Lowell and chairwoman of Hunt Ventures of Rogers.
Office Building Bought
Smiley Enterprises LLC of Little Rock, led by Walter Smiley, bought a 4,800-SF office building at 11510 Fairview Road in west Little Rock for $675,000.
The seller was the Cathy M. Schwartz Living Trust.
Plaza Sold
The Lloyd and Marsha Friedman Living Trust sold the 8,400-SF Plantation Plaza at 2227 Main W. Main St. in Jacksonville for $660,000.
The buyer was Lomanco Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Chris Grimes.
