Lonnie Roberts and Kevin Green of Jonesboro have purchased the 16,000-SF TEC Electric office/warehouse at 9221 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $750,000.
The seller was Felkins & Dupwe of Maumelle LLC of Jonesboro, led by Keith Felkins and Warren Dupwe.

The Calvin & Joyce Brown Family LLLP and the Lloyd N. Brown and Judy L. Brown Revocable Trust of Benton have sold a 48.3-acre spread at 23600 Col. Glenn Road in west Pulaski County for $480,000.
They buyer was the Norma J. James Living Trust of Little Rock.
