A 108-unit apartment project in Little Rock’s Riverdale area weighed in at $7.11 million.

SCBP Riverdale Associates LLC, an affiliate of Philadelphia’s Springer Capital, bought River Park Apartments at 2501 Riverfront Drive from its namesake ownership group led by Vic Fleming.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $8.4 million from Latitude Management Real Estate Capital III Inc. of Beverly Hills, California.

The 6.18-acre development previously was linked with a September 2010 mortgage of $3.8 million held by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC of Birmingham, Alabama.

The site was bought for $270,000 in August 1983 from Pleasant Valley Inc., led by Marion Burton.

Dental Transaction
A 4,064-SF dental office in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.06 million.

Bradford Square of Arkansas LLC, led by Mark and Kimberly Dake, purchased the Arkansas Dentistry & Braces project at 4901 Warden Road from JPN Properties LLC, led by Bill Mitchell.

The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $1.6 million from Missouri’s Springfield First Community Bank.

The 0.85-acre development previously was tied to an April 2016 mortgage of $1.4 million held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

JPN bought the project for $2 million more than two years ago from Haag-Brown Development LLC, led by Greg Haag and Josh Brown.

Express Purchase
A 3,182-SF former Healthcare Express in west Little Rock rang up a $400,000 sale.

Prachi Investments Inc., led by Dipesh Patel, acquired the 9222 Stagecoach Road project. The seller was Stagecoach Village LLC, led by Bud Finley III.

The 0.57-acre development previously linked with an August 2017 mortgage of $472,000 held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The property was purchased in May 2000 as part of a $635,000 deal with Gerald and Billie Staley.

Swap & Sale
A swap and sale combined for two undeveloped land transactions valued at $330,000.

David and Jacki Bruning, along with their namesake living trust, traded 39.41 acres in Sherwood on the north side of Trammel Road, less than a mile east of U.S. 67/167.

In exchange, they received 25.68 acres at the northwest corner of Interstates 40 and 440 in Pulaski County from Robert and Suzanne Mitchell and Timothy and Britney Mitchell.

The Mitchells bought the property for $80,000 in October 2015 from Harris Family LLC, led by Bolton Harris II.

The Brunings purchased their property as part of an $84,000 deal in January 1993 from Mary Harmon.

Robert and Timothy Mitchell also bought 30 acres adjoining the north side of the Trammel Road property for $330,000 from TerraForma LLC, led by Doug Meyer and David Bruning.

The land was acquired in the 1993 deal with Harmon.

Clinical Buy
A 2,560-SF clinic in downtown Little Rock drew a $250,000 transaction.

Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, purchased the Nunn Medical Clinic at 1024 Scott St. The seller is St. Vincent Community Health Services Inc., led by Chad Aduddell.

The corporation bought the 0.18-acre development for $120,000 in December 1993 from the Nicholas W. Riegler Jr. Revocable Trust.

Courts House I
A 4,988-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development sold for $656,000.

Jodi and Naaman Freifeld acquired the house from The Richburg Revocable Trust, led by Bernard and Regina Richburg.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $652,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana. The residence previously was tied to a February 2013 mortgage of $335,900 held by Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The property was purchased for $650,000 in March 2008 from Richard and Sharon Rogala.

Woodlands Dwelling
A 4,178-SF home in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood changed hands in a $554,000 deal.

Shawn Welch bought the house from Michael Allwine. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $285,000 from Quicken Loans Inc. of Detroit.

The residence previously was linked with a March 2016 mortgage of $457,619 held by Little Rock’s One Bank & Trust.

Allwine acquired the property for $575,000 in August 2015 from Lamay-O Inc., led by William Martin Jr.

Cliffewood Abode
A 2,942-SF home in Little Rock’s Cliffewood neighborhood is under new ownership after a $530,000 transaction.

Brian and Heather Wardle purchased the house from Kelly Currence Revocable Trust.

The residence previously was tied to a September 2010 mortgage of $385,000 held by Centennial Bank of Conway.

The property was bought for $272,000 in February 1999 from Virginia and Gregory Yeatman.

PV Residence
A 4,694-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood rang up a $525,000 sale. Ernie and Samantha Skyrme acquired the house from the namesake revocable trust of William and Ashley Wadsworth.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $453,000 from Bank of England. The residence previously was linked with a November 2005 mortgage of $250,000 and a September 2011 mortgage of $244,800 held by Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The Wadsworths purchased the property for $700,000 in November 2005 from Travis and Lisa Creed.

Courts House II
A 3,835-SF home in The Courts neighborhood drew a $514,000 transaction.

Brian and Jennifer Maune bought the house from Janet and David Mack. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $462,600 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The residence previously was tied to a December 2010 mortgage of $295,000 held by the bank.

The Macks acquired the property for $476,000 nearly eight years ago from Jeffrey and Danica Massey.
