► CMH Homes Inc. of Maryville, Tennessee, bought the Luv Homes project at 26244 Interstate 30 for $1.8 million.
Sellers: R.W. Butler Family Ltd., led by Paul Eaton Sr.; Sara B. Eaton, Patricia Butler and Jim Tom Butler.
► Entergy Arkansas Inc., a subsidiary of New Orleans-based Entergy Corp., repurchased its control center at 8105 Baseline Road for $1.4 million.
Seller? Coral Gables LLC of New York.
► The John W. McDonald Revocable Trust sold the 19,392-SF McDonald ATV facility at 7700 Counts Massie Road for $1.2 million.
Buyer: ESB Acquisition LLC, an investment group that includes Tony Runions, general manager of the business.
► Martin Operations LLC, led by Nancy Martin, sold 20 apartments at 601, 607 and 615 Chickadee Drive for more than $1.1 million.
