Kellie Wall is the new executive director of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, replacing Marcia Cook, who retired from the position.
Wall first got involved with the Sherwood Chamber in 2013, when she and her husband opened the The Wall Agency, an Allstate Insurance agency in Sherwood. Since then, she has worked with the chamber leads group, promoting the chamber through monthly luncheons and other events. Her husband, Stephen Wall, is president-elect of the Sherwood Chamber. Kellie Wall was also a member of the Junior League of Little Rock for eight years, serving on numerous committees as well as functioning as a committee chair for several special events and fundraisers. She has been in involved with several nonprofits including Our House, Women & Children First and Dorcas House.
Wall graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in public administration. After graduation, she worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Child Support Division as an advocate for children and custodial parents, working with government entities and legal representatives. She then moved to Arkansas where she worked for former U.S. Sen. Tim Hutchinson and former U.S. Rep. Vic Snyder as a congressional liaison for military and veterans’ affairs. During that time, she worked closely with the leadership at Little Rock Air Force Base and Camp Robinson.
Jennifer Belt is the CEO of her nonprofit consulting startup, Martinez Belt Consulting of Little Rock. Belt has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofits and communications, most recently as vice president of marketing with the Arkansas Heart Hospital and chief development officer of Arkansas Foodbank.
Lorrie Trogden has been elected as the new secretary and treasurer of the Arkansas Society of Association Executives in Little Rock. Trogden is the associate executive director of the Arkansas Bar Association.
