AEDC Disappointed With Delay On Kimberly-Clark Incentives Vote

Mike Preston, executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, said it's "disappointing" that the Wisconsin Legislature has delayed a vote on an incentive package that would keep paper products maker Kimberly-Clark from closing a plant there.
