Hillview Village of North Little Rock LLC, led by Dusty Duke and Darrell Robinson, bought its namesake project at 2540 W. Pershing Blvd. from Hillview Village Ltd. of Frisco, Texas.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $2.3 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.
The limited partnership acquired the 5.42-acre site for $237,000 in December 2002 from Apartment House Builders Inc., led by James Kincannon.
Timberwood Sale
A 56-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville tipped the scales at $1.6 million
Timberwood of Jacksonville LLC, led by Dusty Duke and Darrell Robinson, purchased its namesake project at 207 S. Hospital Drive. The seller is Timberwood Apartments Ltd. of Frisco, Texas.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.6 million from Simmons Bank.
The 3.14-acre development previously was linked with a May 2001 mortgage of $1.4 million held by Collateral Mortgage Capital LLC of Birmingham, Alabama.
The land was bought in July 1998 as part of a $170,000 deal with Jackson Square, led by James P. Matthews and Kenneth Pat Wilson.

A 30-unit apartment portfolio in Pulaski County drew a $1.1 million transaction.
TCB Investments LLC, led by Brian Teeter, acquired six duplexes and three four-unit apartments in Sherwood and a six-unit property at 4813 Hickory Ave. in North Little Rock from Searcy’s Harding University.
The Sherwood projects were six duplexes at 3, 5, 9, 27 and 29 Laramie Drive and 5 Laramie Cove and fourplexes at 134 W. Lee Ave., 109 Almond Cove and 1201 Brice St.
The deal is funded with a $697,371 loan from Tricore Capital LLC of Little Rock.
The properties were transferred in October 2017 to Harding from the Juanita Nichols Trust.

Mabelvale Rose LLC, led by Ethen Schultz, bought the 24-unit Mabelvale Apartments at 7414 Mabelvale Pike Road and an adjoining 1.22-acre parcel at 7404 Mabelvale Pike.
The seller is Van Geuns Properties LLC, led by Jeffrey Du Celliee Muller.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $819,400 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff. The 0.65-acre development and land previously helped secure a November 2017 mortgage of $1 million held by Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
Van Geuns acquired the property 11 months ago as part of a $1.3 million deal with Town Creek LLC, led by Rick Ferguson.

The deal is financed with a $161,684 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.
The 7.15-acre property was bought in October 1970 as part of a $400,000 deal with Atley and Sarah Davis, Margaret Moose, Lula Davis and Eldon Dent.

Redevelopment of the former home of Rocktown Distillery is funded with a five-year loan of $3.3 million from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.
The 0.54-acre property previously helped secure an October 2015 mortgage of $1.1 million held by the bank.
6th & Shall purchased the property three years ago as part of a $1.39 million transaction with Lasa Inc., led by James Adamson.
