This week, we bring a six-pack of million-dollar real estate transactions to the party, consisting of an apartment complex in Sherwood, two agri spreads in Lonoke County, a Little Rock home, a Conway restaurant and a day care center in west Little Rock.
► Robertson Building LLC and Branch at Carson Springs II LLC, affiliates of Zimmerman Properties of Springfield, Missouri, purchased the 160-unit Chapel Ridge project at 10401 Brockington Road for nearly $11.4 million.
Seller: Sherwood Housing Associates Ltd., an affiliate of Denver’s Alden Torch Financial.
► Grand Prairie Land Co. LLC of Shreveport sold 507 acres for $5.5 million to West-Earn LLC of Lebanon, Tennessee. The mix of woodlands and farmland is about 5 miles northeast of Humnoke on the east side of Geridge Road, south of Bayou Meto.
► Orange Farms LLC, an affiliate of Hancock Natural Resource Group of Boston, acquired 1,136 acres about 15 miles southeast of Lonoke for $4.2 million.
The sellers? Fred and Shirley Staton and their Fred Staton Farm Inc. and Mallard Duck Farmland LLC, led by Robert and Janice Staton.
► Diane Davenport Wilder and Barnett Porter Briggs Jr. sold their 4,039-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood to Michael Bauer III for $2.1 million.
► Brian Barr Inc. of Mountain Center, California, bought the 2,312-SF Chipotle at 915 E. Oak St. in Conway for more than $1.6 million from Frost Commercial LLC, led by Garrett Frost.
► Bilmor Inc. of Memphis sold the 8,714-SF Childcare Network project at 800 Kirk Road for $1 million to Robert Zeiler.
