Bishop Woosley has been elected first vice president of the North American Association of State & Provincial Lotteries in Concord, Ohio.
Woosley is the director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery in Little Rock. He has served on the NASPL executive committee since 2016 as secretary, treasurer and second vice president.
Baxter D. Drennon has been appointed as chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Defense Research Institute in Chicago. Drennon is a partner at Wright Lindsey Jennings of Little Rock. He is also a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations.
Chelsea Perry has joined Rep. French Hill’s office in Conway as the congressman’s district representative for military and veterans affairs. Perry is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
