Tyler Grawien has joined Baptist Health in Fort Smith as director of environmental services.

Grawien will oversee a staff of more than 100 responsible for providing safe and clean inpatient and outpatient areas.

He most recently worked as the assistant director of environmental services at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.


Tracy Fiser is the new nurse practitioner at Baptist Health’s Spiro Family Medical Clinic in Fort Smith.

Fiser has been a nurse for more than 10 years and has experience in family clinic, assisted living and rehabilitation settings. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Central Arkansas.


Melissa Sikes is the new director of the Baptist Health Care & Hyperbaric Center in Fort Smith.

Sikes most recently served as the corporate director of provider relations at the East Texas Medical Center Regional Healthcare System.

As director of the center, she oversees the daily clinic operations and supports its health care providers.


Dr. Chris Cate has been elected to the board of directors of Arkansas Mutual Insurance Co. in Little Rock.

Cate is a managing partner at the Surgery Clinic of Central Arkansas in Little Rock. He has been certified by the American Board of Surgery since 1989.
