Washington Regional Hires Sullivan as Facilities VP (Movers & Shakers)

Will Sullivan is the new vice president of facilities at Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville.

Sullivan previously served as director of facilities services at Adventist Health System in Calhoun, Georgia. He is responsible for plant operations, maintenance, environmental services, construction, safety and security at Washington Regional’s main campus, and oversight of its clinics and facilities across northwest Arkansas.


Dr. Bao Pham has joined the Washington Regional Fayetteville Family Clinic as a primary care physician.

Pham earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Amarillo. He completed his family medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa.


Dr. Scott O’Hern has joined Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith as a hospitalist.

O’Hern received his degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University.


Steven Wells has been promoted to nurse practitioner in the emergency department at Mercy Hospital.

Wells was previously a registered nurse in the hospital’s emergency department. He received a doctor of nursing practice degree and an MS in nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.


Dr. Bhavana Sharma has joined the staff at Conway Regional Neuroscience Center. Her medical degree is from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College in Pune, India, and she was a resident in internal medicine at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital in New Delhi.

She was a clinical neurophysiology fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, and a neurology resident at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
