Exit Marketing and Thoma Thoma, both of Little Rock, have merged, the companies announced Monday.

The merged firm is called Thoma Thoma, with Exit Digital serving as its social media and digital marketing arm. The entity will be led by the three principals of the two firms: Shawn Solloway of Exit and Martin and Melissa Thoma of Thoma Thoma, a brand leadership and marketing communications firm.

"The merger creates tremendous synergy for both firms and our clients," Martin Thoma said in a news release. "Thoma beefs up its creative and digital capabilities. Exit gets significant planning, media, administrative and strategic horsepower. We expect our current clients and future clients to respond enthusiastically to the combined team."

Solloway, who founded Exit Marketing in 2004 as a full-service agency, said the firms are "highly complementary" to each other.

"The principals have all known and respected each other for years," he said. "We're both focused on building brand clarity and brand equity for our clients. Now, we harness the social branding firm I've built to the brand leadership team Melissa and Martin have created — so we'll deliver greater value from strategy to execution and reporting."

Martin and Melissa Thoma have had their own agency for 30 years, working with clients including Southern Bancorp, Arora, Hendrix College, FNBC, Pizza Hut, Comcast, Jack Henry and Associates, Potlatch, ABF Freight and Heifer International.

The firm will be housed at 1500 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.
