Gill Ragon Owen Adds Attorney Adam Reid (Movers & Shakers)

Adam Reid has joined the law firm of Gill Ragon Owen in Little Rock.

Reid earned his Juris Doctor from the Marshall Law School in Chicago. His practice includes advising clients on complex business transactions and tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, business succession, income tax reduction strategies, sales tax and dispute resolution.


Katherine Campbell has joined Friday Eldredge & Clark as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice in Rogers.

Campbell previously served as an associate with Wiley Rein LLP in Washington. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law.


Nicole Lovell has been elected to the board of Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard in Little Rock.

Lovell primarily practices in the area of corporate and securities law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law.


Max Deitchler, Allissa Sims, Amy Bagnall and Frederick Davis have been elected partners at Kutak Rock’s law offices in Fayetteville and Little Rock.

Deitchler and Sims serve in the firm’s Fayetteville office, Bagnall and Davis in the Little Rock office.
