Carolyn Ishee has been hired as the new director of planned giving and senior director of development of the College of Education at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Ishee previously was major gifts officer of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. She has more than 16 years of fundraising experience at institutions in Georgia, Texas and Arkansas and has previously worked for UCA.
