Arkansas Children's Hospital Auxiliary Raises $1.5M

Arkansas Children's Hospital Auxiliary donated $1.54 million to support ACH programs, the largest gift made in the 52-year history of the auxiliary.

The $1.54 million was raised through annual initiatives that included the Holiday Card Project, Miracle Ball, Á la Carte, ACHievers, Playaway Gift Shop and Race for a Healthier Tomorrow.

Since 2011, the ACH Auxiliary has raised $1 million or more annually.

The money received by the ACH Auxiliary support the operations of the Arkansas Children's Research Institute; provide a warm meal to patient families in a private dining area of the cafeteria through the Comfort Foods Program; support grieving families through the Center for Good Mourning Program; provide comfort to patients and their families through the Palliative Care program; and will support initiatives to improve the patient experience, enhancing interior and exterior spaces.
