Jay Meador has rejoined IberiaBank as the new executive vice president and central Arkansas market president.
Meador has 20 years of finance experience, including serving as a commercial lending officer for Simmons Bank and managing Simmon Bank’s central Arkansas commercial banking team. Before joining Simmons, Meador spent eight years as senior vice president and commercial relationship manager for IberiaBank in central Arkansas.
Bethany Erwin-Tharp was recently promoted from commercial lending assistant to business banker for Arvest Bank in Cabot.
Erwin-Tharp has worked at Arvest for 14 years and is a member of the Cabot Chamber of Commerce.
Tim Hampel will join Arvest’s Saline County Advisory Board, functioning as an intermediary between Arvest Bank and local businesses and the community.
Hampel has worked with other organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. He is also CEO of Supreme Fixture Co. Inc., N&S Mechanical, Supreme Custom Fabricators, Supreme Retail and Southwest Millwork.
Brandi Ray was promoted to assistant vice president and retail loan officer for Farmers Bank & Trust in Malvern.
Ray completed Arkansas Bankers Association Lending School and has worked with Farmers Bank & Trust since 2010.
Daniel Busch was hired by FNBC Bank of Ash Flat as the new assistant vice president and business development officer.
Busch previously worked as a resource officer for the Salem School District and currently serves as the mayor of Salem.
John Scherrey has been promoted to chief lending officer of Centennial Bank’s Conway region. Scherrey is president of the St. Joseph School Board and is a member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Josh Tate was recently hired as the new chief marketing officer for First Community Bank in Batesville. Tate previously worked as principal brand strategist for The Solutions Group.
Knight Weis has been promoted, along with other senior leaders, as part of the expansion process into northwest Arkansas by White River Bancshares Co., the holding company for Signature Bank of Arkansas.
Weis is the president of the new branch of Signature Bank in Rogers. He brings more than 30 years of banking experience to his new position.
Scott Sandlin was promoted to chief strategy manager, Alexandria J. Gladden was promoted to market president in Springdale, and Jason Orlicek was promoted to senior vice president loan manager in Springdale. Other senior leaders promoted include Kurt Brungardt, Kent Arnold, Clinton Ryan, Lance Clark, John Spencer, Amy Rachel, Jake Sullins, Jean Zieber and Ashley Lindy, all serving at the Rogers and Bentonville locations.
