► BHG Investment LLC of Turbeville, South Carolina, bought the Kum & Go at 1501 W. Main St. in Jacksonville for $6.2 million.
Seller: KG Store 138 LLC, an affiliate of the Des Moines, Iowa-based convenience store chain.
► No. 2 Spring Valley Lane LLC, led by Ayasha and Rodney Thomason, sold a 5,933-SF home in the Valley Falls Estates neighborhood for $1.5 million to Barton and Marion Hankins.
► A 3-mile drive to the east, Emily and Anthony Johnson purchased a 6,690-SF home in the Hickory Hills neighborhood from Chad and Kelly Baker for $1.5 million.
► Bison Asset Management LLC of Frisco, Texas, sold The Storage Place, composed of 147 units at 4600 Hoffman Road and 115 units at 4607 Hoffman Road.
Red Dot Storage 157 LLC of Louisville, Colorado, paid $1.2 million for the project.
► Severin and Clara Pouly acquired a 5,053-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood for $1.1 million from Randy Wright Builders LLC.
