► The Irene Irvin Trust sold more than 514 acres for more than $2.2 million to LD Brantley Farms LLC, led by Laudies Dow Brantley III, and his wife, Amy.
The land is a half-mile north of the Blakemore community on either side of Highway 31, north of Baker’s Bayou and south of Coleman Road.
► Monte Cresta Properties LLC of Oakland, California, purchased the 3,471-SF Hardee’s at 1055 Dave Ward Drive from Big Rock LLC of Malibu, California, for more than $1.8 million.
► Terraforma LLC, led by David Bruning and Doug Meyer, sold the 27,372-SF Little Rock Downtown Storage project at 823 Main St. and a parking lot at the southwest corner of Scott and Ninth streets for more than $1.7 million.
