► CC Little Rock Funding Co. LLC, an affiliate of Global Securitization Services of Melville, New York, bought the 82,474-SF Cedar Creek project at 400 E. 13th St. in North Little Rock for $2.8 million.

► Ronald and Ellen Hardin sold 5,081 SF in the Medical Towers II Building at 9501 Lile Drive to Little Rock’s Baptist Health for $2 million.
► Applegate Investments LLC, led by John Dennis and Kurtis Cochran, purchased the 64-unit Berwyn Square Apartments project at 6320 Butler Road for $1.2 million.

► The Gary H. Stanton Revocable Trust sold three medical office buildings totaling 4,700-SF at 5 & 7 Medical Lane in Conway for $1.1 million.

► NLA Country Club CK LLC, an affiliate of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee, acquired the 9,600-SF Country Club Flea Market at 118 Country Club Road and 578-SF Ray Lusk Plumbing office at 7310 North Hills Blvd. for $1 million.
The nearly 2.2-acre property was sold by Phyllis Sprague, the namesake revocable trust of Freddie Hudson and the namesake living trust of Doris Hudson.
