FDI Postal Properties II Inc, an affiliate of Frall Developers in Mount Airy, Maryland, sold the 3,288-SF post office at 14918 Alexander Road in Scott for $416,250.
The buyer was APIF-Arkansas LLC, an affiliate of American Infrastructure Funds in Foster City, California.

AF Partners LLC of Sherwood, led by Doug Hendrix, bought a 1.49-acre site on the west side of Highway 107 and north of Kellogg Creek on the edge of Gravel Ridge for $380,000.
The plan is to build a Big Red convenience store there.
