The Centers for Youth and Families signed a lease for 17,047 SF of office space at west Little Rock's Market & Merrill office and retail center on Aug. 13.
Todd Rice of Colliers International Arkansas represented the landlord, Cooper Realty Investments Inc. in the transaction. Brandon Rogers, also of Colliers International Arkansas, represented the tenant.
The Centers offers outpatient counseling and day treatment, residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, serves as the region’s Community Mental Health Center, and is a national resource for victims of human trafficking.
The new space at 1521 Merrill Drive, Suites D220 and E200, will allow the organization to expand access to Arkansans of all ages, according to a news release. In addition, the space will house executive offices.
The Centers plans to occupy the new space by Oct. 1.
