Black River Tech Adds Two Instructors (Movers & Shakers)
Raymond Patey and Dianna Fraley of Black River Technical College in Pocahontas.

Raymond Patey has been hired as a chemistry and physical science instructor for Black River Technical College in Pocahontas, and Dianna Fraley has been hired as a social science instructor for BRTC’s Paragould site.

Patey has degrees from Thomas Edison University in Trenton, New Jersey, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has worked at UA Little Rock for the past two years.

Fraley graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University at Murfreesboro, a master’s from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro and a doctorate from the University of Memphis. She has been a high school teacher and an online and adjunct instructor for various universities for more than 20 years.
