Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is a service-based sales organization that believes in doing things right. It arranges the pickup and delivery for business-to-business freight movements across North America and arranged more than 1.5 million shipments last year.
With 57 offices in 26 states, including Team Fayetteville, every company is only a phone call away from white-glove service provided by a single point of contact.
TQL’s success is rooted in putting its employees, customers and carriers first, resulting in a thorough recruiting, vetting and hiring strategy, five-month training and development programs for new and tenured employees.
TQL Cares was established in 2006 to help amplify employees’ charitable giving efforts. Currently, 80% of employees are engaged, pledging more than $620,000 to support more than 1,900 nonprofits.
With TQL’s match, more than $850,000 and thousands of hours of work will be poured into communities this year.
TQL’s athletics program lets employees participate in intramural sports leagues at a reduced cost while representing TQL in the community.
In addition to health benefits, TQL offers every employee legal benefits for a small monthly fee. It also offers discounted pet insurance through the Perks at Work program.
The TQL President’s Club is an incentive program for which all logistics account executives are eligible. The top 2% in each tenure group win an all-expenses-paid getaway to a designated tropical destination with a guest of their choice.
The Service Anniversary Program consists of a lanyard pin and employee dinner with executives after five years, and every year thereafter. At 10, 15 and 20 years of employment, employees get lanyard pins and a self-selected gift in addition to dinner.
Among the many fun perks are birthday “snooze or cruise” options, XBox Mario Kart tournaments on “Fun Fridays,” tailgate cookouts at the start of Arkansas Razorback football season, tickets to opening day of baseball season at Northwest Arkansas Naturals games, walking trails, pickup basketball, potlucks and bracket-style sales competitions.
