Danielle Lombard-Sims has been named vice chancellor for human resources at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
She came to UAMS from Regional One Health in Memphis. Before that she was vice president of the Human Resources Business Leadership Group at Amedisys Inc.
Dr. Bryant Virden is the new pediatric psychiatrist for Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith.
Virden received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in general psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
