Wish, Johnson Given New Roles at First Service Bank (Movers & Shakers)

Kevin Wish has been hired as the new community market president and senior loan officer at First Service Bank in Conway. He began his banking career in 1994.

Dawn Johnson is the new small-business and consumer loan officer in the same market.

Johnson has a degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas, is a 2018 graduate of the Conway Area Leadership Institute and has been a Conway Chamber Ambassador since 2013.


Luke Colley has been hired as market president for Generations Bank in Bentonville and Rogers.

Colley has 15 years of banking experience, most recently as chief lending officer for United Bank.


Jessica Flake Dearnley will relocate to the Flake & Kelley Real Estate Firm in Little Rock.

Dearnley had managed the northwest Arkansas office as principal broker, partner and EVP. In Little Rock, she will work with her father, firm founder John Flake.

Drew Chandler of Texarkana, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Farmers Bank & Trust in Magnolia, has been elected to the advisory board of the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

He joins Rachel Parker Harding, Michelle Hastings, Cindy Murphy and Win Rockefeller Jr. of Little Rock, Robert S. Moore Jr. of Arkansas City and Joe Clay Young IV of Jonesboro.

Kenan Keyes of Little Rock serves as board chair.
