A 1,360-acre slice of paradise in Lonoke County, an industrial project near the Little Rock Port, a west Little Rock eatery and apartments in Little Rock’s Hillcrest area provide this week’s quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Paradise Sporting Club Carlisle LLC, led by Steve Landers Jr., bought its namesake hunting-farming spread along Faras Run about 5 miles north of Carlisle for nearly $6.5 million.

Sellers? Argenia LLC 401(k) Plan, led by Bob Alexander; and Paradise Lodge Sporting Club LLC, led by Ben Wellons.

► Equipmentshare.com Inc. of Columbia, Missouri, shed ownership of its 13,600-SF facility at 4726 Thibault Road in east Little Rock in a $3 million sale-leaseback.

Buyer: SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of SCF Realty Capital of Princeton, New Jersey.

► White Properties Ltd., led by Terrill White, purchased the 3,813-SF Tacos 4 Life at 2630 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for $2.7 million.

Seller: Tacos 4 Life Real Estate LLC, led by Austin Samuelson.

► The Jett & Georgeanne Ricks Family Corp. sold 54 apartments at 223 N. Taylor St., 5503 B St. and 5510-5518 A St. in Little Rock for $2 million.
