► MAA Arkansas REIT LLC of Germantown, Tennessee, sold the 248-unit Palisades at Chenal Valley project at 1501 Rahling Road in west Little Rock for $34.1 million.

► McCain Park Apts LLC, an affiliate of Rhodium Capital Advisors of Monsey, New York, acquired its namesake 320-unit project at 6 McCain Park Drive in North Little Rock for more than $18.8 million.

► Residences At Riverdale Ltd. of Frisco, Texas, sold its namesake 124-unit apartment project at 2000 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock for $16.2 million.
Buyer: VCM Residences at Riverdale Ltd., an affiliate of Vukota Capital Management in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
► Park Crest Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Read Property Group of Brooklyn, New York, bought its namesake 216-unit project at 100 Manson Road in Sherwood for $8.8 million.

► A hotel in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $7 million sale. OM Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of MD Hospitality Group of Chattanooga, Tennessee, acquired the 261-room La Quinta Inn & Suites at 617 Broadway. The seller is CPLG Acquisition Properties LLC, an affiliate of CorePoint Lodging of Irving, Texas.
► Republic Terra Vista Ltd., an affiliate of Toronto’s Republic Funds, sold the 205-unit Terra Vista apartments at 4811 Arbor Place Drive and 6313 Butler Road for more than $6.5 million.
