Kenny Kinley, who has been president of Edafio Technology Partners for two years, has been named CEO of the information technology products and services firm, effective this month.
He replaces Keith Woodruff, but Woodruff isn't leaving the company. Instead, he has transitioned to serve its chief technology officer and vice president of finance and administration. He had been CEO since 2010.
Kinley has been with the company for eight years. Edafio said he led the expansion of its client base both geographically and by industry and oversaw the strengthening of its marketing and business development capabilities.
He has 25 years of experience with technology products and services, and spent two decades in senior management.
Before joining Edafio, Kinley held client relationship and business development roles at Acxiom Corp. Woodruff also worked at Acxiom.
"It gives me great pleasure to see careful leadership succession planning come to fruition," Woodruff said. "I have worked closely with Kenny for over two decades and have complete confidence that our clients and staff are in good hands.
"We are fortunate to have someone with his leadership skills and experience at the helm as we enter our next stage of growth. His contributions and dedication to the company, our associates, and clients have been immeasurable. I look forward to working with him in my new role and can't wait to see where he takes Edafio in the future."
Kinley said he's honored to succeed Woodruff.
"With Edafio's legacy, capabilities and the most talented team of specialists in the industry, we have never been better positioned to both deepen and expand the clients we serve and the quality of services we provide," Kinley said.
Edafio has offices in North Little Rock, Conway and Rogers.
