A retail project in west Little Rock kicks off our six-pack of million-dollar real estate transactions this week.

► RCG-Markham LLC, an affiliate of RCG Ventures of Atlanta, bought the 166,735-SF Markham West Shopping Center at 11400 W. Markham St. for $19 million.

Seller: Weingarten/Investments Inc. of Houston, Texas.

► McCain Hospitality LLC, led by Yogesh Asudani, sold the 62-room Wingate Inn at 4801 W. Commercial Drive in North Little Rock for $3.1 million.

Buyer: OM Little Rock Inc., led by Parth Patel.

► Ben Tom LLC, led by George Stem, Sean Stem and Ryan Kibler, acquired a 1.5-acre commercial site in Benton to develop an Atomic Carwash at the southeast corner of Highway 5 and Alcoa Road for nearly $1.5 million.

Seller: Benton SEC Hwy 5 & Alcoa Ltd. of Dallas.

► An hour’s drive away to the northeast, Bill Webb, Charline Hale, Ron Hale and Vicki Hale sold a 336-acre agri spread on the southeastern edge of Carlisle for $1.3 million to Lexicon Inc., led by Patrick Schueck.

The Little Rock steel fabrication firm plans to develop the property into a solar farm.

► Kashaf and Usma Rasheed purchased a 7,241-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood from William Smith and Gregory Bruce for $1.2 million.

► A-Z Investments LLC, led by Dickson Flake, Rene Gamewell and Scott Proctor, sold a 5,320-SF Auto Zone at 9716 Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock for $1 million to Watch Hill Development 2 LLC of Dallas.
